Research & Development
Clean food needs clean evidence. The foundation invests in research that strengthens the clean food ecosystem in India — studying sourcing practices, understanding toxin exposure across the food value chain, improving processing methods, and building frameworks that support scalable, evidence-based solutions.
Consumer Awareness
Change doesn't happen in isolation. Khetika Foundation works to educate consumers, communities, and stakeholders about the realities of modern food — what goes into it, what stays hidden, and how it impacts long-term health. Informed demand is the most powerful driver of a cleaner food system.

IIM AhmedabadAs its first step towards building a knowledge-driven clean food movement, Khetika Foundation has partnered with the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. This collaboration brings together Khetika Foundation's on-ground expertise in building clean, traceable food systems with IIMA's leadership in research, policy, and behavioural sciences.
Together, we are working to address one of India's most pressing challenges — food adulteration and the lack of transparency across the food value chain.
